Up in northern Sweden the sun is
shining almost the whole night !

Summertime is time for Vacation, Recreation,
Barbeque Party, Summerholidays and such things.
It's also time for two Swedish summertraditions called
Fermented Baltic herring and Crayfish party.
The fermented Baltic herring is a
speciuality from Norrland (northern sweden).
We don't eat it in our family, but many others are.
But crayfish - ohh it taste wonderful
to me and the rest of our family.
